We always strive to make everything done to the best of our abilities but sometimes we're only human. in order for us to refund any item it would depend on each location and situation.

• At any physical location, any order placed that was made as a result of our mistake we will replace that order with the corrected order and you will be given a discount coupon for your next visit.
• In the event at any location that you are unhappy with your meal, we reserve the right to replace or refund the meal. However if most the that order is consumed it is doubtful anything can be done. 
• Events preformed at a customers location.

1. In the event of one of our services not being given or done within our agreement and we are made aware prior to the completion of the event, immediate action will be taken. 
2. If you feel that the meals do not meet your expectations, you will be given an adjustment for that particular issue.
3. If in the event we didn't have enough staff to fully cover the event as promised, then a refund will be given for that portion of the event. If it was a case of the customer refusing to hire the staff needed to handle the event then there will be a future credit possible at the managements discretion.

• In the event of a shipped item being the incorrect item being sent we will immediately resend the corrected order plus a credit for a future order.
